Shipping Policy

Shipping will be sent to the address you have provided during the Registration or Checkout process.

Everything listed on our Website is shipped from the UK. Items will be shipped within 3-5 working business days of your payment being received unless otherwise stated. We carefully package all our products to ensure that you receive them undamaged.

All packages are sent via Royal Mail First Class / Tracked & Signed Services.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns due to the personalise nature of our products however, If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 working days with a photo of the damaged item, so we can either arrange a replacement or refund.
